2 sessions per week for 12 weeks

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we add athletes to a group mid-program?
Yes—if space allows, athletes can join an existing group. We’ll prorate the remaining sessions and adjust the invoice accordingly. Reach out early to confirm availability.
What happens if someone misses a session?
While sessions are non-refundable, we’ll do our best to offer make-up opportunities when possible. Consistency is key to results, so we encourage full attendance.
Can we reschedule a group session?
If your full group needs to reschedule, let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
What’s the best group size for results?
It depends on your goals. Smaller groups offer more individual attention, while team sessions focus on cohesion and game-readiness. We’re happy to recommend what’s best for your athletes.
Do we need to pay the full balance up front?
Nope! We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due at the end of the 12 weeks—no surprises, just straightforward pricing.
